We design and remodel homes with care.
Nest Design Remodel is a design-led remodeling team. We believe a home should support the life inside it, and that good design and good building belong together.
Started by people who love homes as much as you do.
Nest Design Remodel began with a simple idea: homeowners deserve a remodeling partner who thinks like a designer and works like a craftsperson. Too often, design and construction are handled by separate teams who rarely speak. Details get lost, budgets drift and the finished room never quite matches the dream.
We do it differently. Our designers and builders plan together from the very first conversation, so the ideas you fall in love with are the ones that get built. The result is a calmer process and spaces that feel right the moment you walk in.
We do not just change how a room looks. We change how it feels to live there, every single day.
The principles behind every project.
Purposeful design
Every choice, from layout to light switch, should make daily life easier.
Honest materials
We recommend materials for how they perform, not just how they photograph.
Respect for home
We treat your home with care, keep sites tidy and protect what stays.
Lasting quality
We build to a standard we would be proud to live with ourselves.
